RETURN POLICY

  1. Eligibility for Returns  
    You may return a product if:  
    •⁠  ⁠You received the wrong item (incorrect order fulfillment).  
    •⁠  ⁠The product has manufacturing defects.  
    •⁠  ⁠The product does not match the stated specifications.  

  2. Return Conditions  
    •⁠  ⁠Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.  
    •⁠  ⁠A clear unboxing video (unedited and uncut) is required as proof of the issue.  
    •⁠  ⁠The item must not have been used or washed.  
    •⁠  ⁠The returned item must include all original accessories and packaging.  
    •⁠  ⁠Customized items cannot be returned if the mistake was made by the customer.  

  3. Return Process  
    •⁠  ⁠Customers can request a return through our WhatsApp customer service (08111-755-882).  
    •⁠  ⁠Once we receive the return request, we will inspect the item.  
    •⁠  ⁠If the return meets our criteria, we will promptly send a replacement item.
     
  4. Shipping Costs  
    •⁠  ⁠We will cover the return shipping costs.  
    •⁠  ⁠Customers will not be charged any additional fees for the replacement shipment.
